Delivery Times & Prices

We ship anywhere in the UK & Northern Ireland with the following times and charges.

If you're outside the UK & Northern Ireland, please get in touch for a custom delivery price.

 

All orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched same day.

We dispatch Monday - Friday

 

Cut-off time for Express Delivery is 1pm Monday - Friday. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. 

 

For Express Delivery orders placed on Friday before 1pm - Next day delivery on Saturday isn't guaranteed and orders may arrive on the following Monday. 

 

 

Returns

We ask that any returns comply with the requirements listed below - please make sure you read them carefully before returning an item. 

Of course if you have any questions at all, please get in touch with us, we'd be more than happy to assist you with your enquiry.


Which items cannot be returned:

  • Personalised items - any custom order items which have been personalised with your requirements (for example with names, dates, images etc.). These cannot be returned, so please be sure to check all customisation elements carefully before placing your order. 
  • Items which have been opened and/or used and as such are not resellable. 


If you've changed your mind:

  • Please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your item using our contact form on the Contact Us page to request a return.  Please let us know your order number, name and email address, in order for us to deal with your request swiftly. 
  • As soon as we have confirmed your item is eligible for return, return postage must be covered by you. We recommend you use a tracked service for peace of mind, as it is your responsibility to ensure the item reaches us safely.  Please make sure your order details are included with the item (your name, address and order number) 
  • The return address details are:

  • For your return to be accepted, the item must be received within 28 days of when it was first received by you. 
  • As soon as we receive your unused, unopened item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 days.  Once the refund has been made, please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to appear in your account or on your statement. 
  • The refund amount will exclude any original delivery costs paid during checkout - in cases where delivery was FREE, (for orders over £25 & £50) the refund will reflect the item cost less the delivery method used in cases whereby all items from the order are being returned. However, if only part of the order is being returned, and more than £20 of the remaining order is being kept, then a full refund will be given for the item being returned, without any deduction for the original delivery cost incurred. 

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item:

  • Please get in touch within 30 days of receiving your product via the form on the Contact Us page to let us know of the issue, and request a return - in some cases we can resolve the issue without having to return the item, so always get in touch first. 
  • You will need to provide your name, order number and email address, along with an image and description as to the issue with the item.
  • We will respond within 24hrs (mon-fri) with the best course of action for the issue you are experiencing. 
  • If the item is to be returned we will cover the cost of the return, and you have a further 14 days in which to return the item. We will provide you with a prepaid label. Please use the original packaging to return the item.  
  • If a refund is requested, as soon as the returned item is received a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 days. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to appear in your account or on your statement.  If delivery was paid during checkout, this will be refunded also.
  • If you request a replacement, this will be completed in the original time frame and subject delivery time frames. If your order can't be replaced a full refund will be offered or an alternative item to the same value.
